Who we are

What we collect
Your email address, if you ask for the free guide; anything you choose to tell us when you get in touch (for example your name and what you’d like help with); and basic, anonymous usage data (see “Cookies & analytics” below).
How we use it
To send you the guide and the occasional helpful tip, to reply to your enquiry, and to understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
Health information
If you share health details during a consultation, they are treated as private and confidential, and used only to help you.
Who we share it with
We use a few trusted services to run things — an email tool (MailerLite), website analytics (Motif, and PostHog if you agree), and messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram) when you contact us. We never sell your data.
Cookies & analytics
We count visits with Motif, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that keeps no personal details. It sets one anonymous cookie so a returning visitor isn’t counted twice; you can block it in your browser settings. PostHog analytics cookies are only used if you agree, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing the choice in your browser.
Keeping your data
We keep your information only as long as we need it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every message. Just email drgalinagoksu@gmail.com.
